*General PSA* There are a lot of people trying to access the portal. Most application portals aren’t quite equipped to handle such high loads of users trying to access their portal and the form might not open for you. A couple of things to keep in mind: - Open the website in Google Chrome - Try to stay patient if the page is unresponsive and hard refresh(shift + command/ctrl + R) the page - Make a note of any on-the-spot changes you do on the portal itself. In the scenario where the page becomes unresponsive and you have to refresh, you will easily be able to make those unsaved changes again
