No, you dont have to take an english proficiency test if you qualify for it, especially for Ross. My partner got in last year and he didnt have to take it

Your college name is relatively unknown in the MBA AdCom circles, though your excellent GPA helps you offset that a little bit.
Despite your ORM profile (Indian Male Engineer) however, your WE with a MAANG company, especially in an extremely competitive London location, and the sweet spot in your WE enough to give you a track record to pick your accomplishment stories from, while also being at the stage in your career where you are certain to not merely learn a lot in the class, but also be able to contribute very well to your class will favour you very well.

The GMAT of 665 however, for your profile may be a challenge for Ross. I would be a lot more comfortable with 685+. Of course, a 705 could get you a chance at high scholarships beyond merely admits.

Finally, you seem to have chosen Ross, without giving any reasons why Ross is the one. Also, your career goals post MBA will impact your application results a lot.

1. A higher GMAT score will surely help
2. The international experience and experience at Amazon really help.

Other than this, I will need to understand specific details about your work experience, exactly what you do, your achievements and your career goals. Ross values well-rounded profiles, so it's pertinent to also ask about your extra curricular activities and how you engage with others outside work
