"After an application deadline, we'll be in touch with students whom we would like to interview. Note that an interview is not an offer of admission. However, it is another way for us to learn more about you and assess your fit with the program. If you do not receive an invitation to interview, you will receive either a waitlist or a deny decision.

Near your application round's deadline, our team will be calling students personally to offer admission to the program. So, keep your phone close by! If you received a waitlist decision, we encourage you to stay in touch with our admissions team."

We plan to email all Round 1 interview invitations during the week of October 18, 2021. The email will include instructions on how to access our interview scheduling system.

If you haven’t done so already, we recommend following the Admissions Director Blog to get the latest updates on our process and timeline.

If you are not invited to interview during the week of October 18, the Admissions team will do an additional review of your application before the decision notification deadline. On Dec. 8, you will receive either a waitlist or deny decision. Oh. Okay. I submitted on 20th. Got an application submission confirmation mail on 22nd. But not this mail which confirms that the application indeed submitted in Round 1.

true. it is just an automatic mail (as seen from the general language it uses) sent to all applicants. must be some technical glitch or it went straight to spam
