First of all, I must say that we rarely see such a detailed, well-structured profile! So kudos on that! Coming to your GMAT, you did well for the first time; however, since you belong to an overrepresented pool, a score of around 720+ would boost your profile significantly. Also, I would suggest you add a bit more about your statistics during your graduation and try to add any additional courses and academic accolades won. Also, you must add a brief paragraph about your certifications; it would help you explore new horizons in front of the adcom and start an interesting conversation with them.
About your work experience and the way you structured your content it's extraordinary! Adding everything from awards to critical projects and mentioning your roles & responsibilities. Now all you need is to back them up with substantial examples of leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills in your tenure. Also, since you switched multiple times in a short span, could you please explain the relevance? Why did you think it was a good time for you to switch? What were your aims & aspirations regarding your career switch? And finally, how would you present this as something not a negative aspect of your endurance? For your reference, I suggest you go through our article on How you can justify your career switch to pursue an MBA for a career change!
Coming to ECAs and internships, you have some relevant ones; however, you need to add a bit more to bank upon them! Furthermore, your internships serve additional benefits as they showcase that you are someone who leaves no chance to grow. Again, being a dancer and singer and participating in adventure races shows your versatility and implies that there is more to you than just academics and accolades. Finally, you have a relevant post-MBA goal; you need to link your past experiences, making them Collinear in a manner, and also add all about any international experience/exposure as they are greatly valued at this stage!
Overall, you do have a very strong profile on the surface. However, a retake with a good score of around 720 is essential for Ross. For school suggestions, I would go with Kellogg, CBS, Booth, etc. however, you need need to understand all these are top B-schools with no short of stellar profiles; hence, you have to be clear on how an MBA can help you reach your goals and mention your motivation/driving force, your aspirations, and finally, how can you add diversity to the classroom program and you have relevant skills to be successful.
