I suppose by 'final decision' they mean if you are not invited to interview then you are either dinged or waitlisted. Because the Final decision for this round are on Feb 16 as per the website

By final decision they mean interview invite or rejection. There's no waitlist without interview. Posted from my mobile device

Thanks for sharing that about the Sloan Fellows process. I have seen people get Waitlisted even without interview . But that senario is common on the regular MBA application.

Hi, for the SFMBA program GMAT is more of an indication of academic strength and they do not add extra value to high scores. Having said that, you have impressive work experience so you should be fine.
