I'm a little puzzled too, my interview went much better at SFMBA than MSX, the pool of candidates are just very strong for these programs.

I received it a month ago. Just casual conversation. To be frank I really got tired when the conversation was not ending even after 1 hr 20 minutes 😑. At first the lady wanted to know what I did after graduation till that day. Then she explained why sfmba is a good option for some people. Then she wanted to know about my job descriptions, direct reports etc. Whether my organisation sponsors or not. Then the conversation was mostly on tuition, career goals, hobbies, movies, comparing mid career programs, my expectations, test scores, application process, 1/2 stories on I how I managed some recent accomplishments, whether I studied quant, calculus, stats, my all degrees, certifications, some know person from my country who went to mit, advice on essay, cover letter, fundings - in a sentence, I did not get that much info and guidance from 4 top tier admission consultants that I got from her friendly conversation. But she was asking, asking, and asking, my daughter was playing, screaming nearby and her grandmother came to our home during our conversation. So I had to request if we could finish. Btw she assured me I can call her for further discussion. PS my gut feeling is that first 10/15 minutes, she was writing down my info.

Update for R2 folks: Just got the 'Application Complete' email from MIT SFMBA.

They confirmed the timeline: Interview invites or final decisions will be rolling out until the end of Feb.

Has anyone from R2 received an invite yet?
