I have a question and needed some insights, Is it fine for me to seeks a Referee report from a supervisor from my last organization? As I have joined my current organization just 6 months back. Also in case if we choose a recommender from previous organization, what should be the relationship that we need to choose from the drop down in application portal? As I could not find any relevant option from the drop down for previous supervisors.

Hi @Shreyas23230195 , the relationship should be manager/ supervisor itself, since he/she was your manager in the past and that will be conveyed in one of the Questions of LoR.
