The only problem is timing- I need to know where I will be living!! If by some chance, NYU interviews in april that probably means no decision until May!!!

As far as if we are the last to be reviewed.. I don't have any idea how it works!

I'll be perfectly happy even if I am the very last person admitted, but yes the living situtation is hard - I can only hope I find out about NYU before giving up my nyc apartment!

Its tough- my significant other is in NYC and we have lived here for 5 years. I was hoping for the option at least.

Not to be negative, but I haven't really seen anyone reporting being denied. That makes me believe they just wait until near the end and then send out all the rejections....however, I hope I'm wrong. Any thoughts?

today marks my 22nd day after the interview. I called up my interviewer and she said that i should email the admissions chair to check as they're not allowed to give out updates over the phone. what i'd give to be able to take a look at her screen!

anyway, she said the 21 days is just an approximation and some can take longer. Whether the dings are being kept till the end, i got no idea. still hopeful, still waiting.
