Interviewed first week of February. Today marks 4 weeks +1 day. I know the turn around usually last 3-4 weeks. Do they some times wait til the April deadline to make an acceptance? Thanks in advance.

Since you've already interviewed, this is unlikely to impact your application negatively, but it's best to check with the adcom via email regarding the current status. It can be a tech glitch too or as the processing times can vary, especially during peak admissions periods, so it might take a few days for the status to update. For clarity, please check with the adcom.
