Apparently for R1 everyone got an invite to interview but for R2, its based on selection.

Same here. Had my interview this Thursday with a 2nd year student. He was also international. It was very comfortable and I was able to finish in 36 minutes.

Mine was not international but he was fun. Infact we chatted a lot which resulted interview getting extended to around 40 or more minutes and had to wrap it up quickly

I just added a quick debrief from my interview last week. The questions from the previous year's debrief were almost identical and it's what I used to prepared. Best of luck!

Interview debriefs are enough. The interview seemed more like a formality. I don’t think a lot of weightage is given to interview, so stay calm and just relax.

When and how do you receive information about the interviewer who is going to take the interview?

Hi, you can go through the interview debriefs there and prep accordingly. Most of the questions you'll get are very similar (or even the same)as those posted in the debriefs. I interviewed with a 2nd year MBA student. It was very conversational. No curve ball questions.:) Best of luck!!

Done with the Interview for Owen on Jan 25 morning Japan time. It was done by 2nd year Indian student. Mostly generic MBA questions. One curveball of "What is a common misconception of you ?". I am not sure about how convinced was he with this part. Gotta wait for almost 50 days for the results. So fingers crossed.

Just finished my interview with Vanderbilt. Anyone know how long it took to hear back after interviews on decision? Is it at decision date?
