As per their website, they should send across a confirmation mail within 5 days of your submission. That being said, I didn’t receive one. I directly got an interview invite today, so not sure of the process being followed internally.

Hi folks, planning on R2 for Oxford and the essays section in the application contains only a "personal statement" of 250 words and nothing else , right? where are the essays ? I see few in Post MBA plans but that is it?

There are a bunch of essays in addition to the ’Personal Statement’. The exact list of prompts also varies based on what post-MBA path you select in the form.

Hi all consultants, I need advice while filling my application. What are the pros and cons of selecting “Employment” vs “Returning to current employer” in my short-term career goals?
One visible advantage I can see in the latter is fewer number of essays. Any expert advice?

This should be related to your actual career project, not the number of essays. They will inquire you a lot about your career aspirations and how you plan to meet them so make sure to do your homework for the application.

I have an option to join back at a regional role. Though personally I don’t want that but if it gives me an edge, I would surely want to prepare my profile accordingly. Any pointer(s) I should be careful about?
