Yup I got an invite and registered for a Skype interview. And yes, all time slots are in Houston time. Please note that from Nov 1, the time zone will change a bit (1 hour later than what it is now).

Hello People! I have an interview invite too.
Well, I have a few amateurish questions.
Hopefully some experienced folks out here can help me.

Qs 1: After the interviews are done, when are the results and scholarship amounts declared?

Qs 2: I am unable to find the due date for the first deposit on Rice's website.
Isn't the deposit due somewhere around Feb 2016 or later?

Usually no strict rules are imposed by schools. If at all there are such rules, school will explicitly states those just like the case with fuqua.
You are the best judge. Make sure that you essay is easy to read. Thats it.

My personal suggestion would be
+/- 10% of word limit
1.5 spacing
font size >10
Standard fonts : Times New Roman, Calibri, Veranda
borders >1"
Black font
Reasonable number of paragraphs.

Hi,

I had my interview on 6th Nov with a 2nd year student.
Basic 5-6 questions on Why MBA, ST/LT Goals, One failure, What is leadership, One question if I(interviewer) could ask you what would that be and some cross questions/clarifications on the answers.
Followed by some Q&A.
Wrapped up within 30 minutes.
