No, from this year they have transitioned it to a virtual method. First the written assessment -> on the basis of that you get invited to the video assessment interview -> decision. In my knowledge there are no direct interviews with the admissions team.

I don’t see the exact benefits of this method, tbh Up till recently, they used to have a video essay section. How do you test communication skills with this admission process?

This was my experience as well. However, their FAQ page still states that candidates will be invited for an in-person or video chat with an AD, so I'm not sure if they are enforcing this rule for all candidates.

How long does it take post video interview to get the final result?

Sure, I saw it finally. Just missed the letter at first. Thank u The website say within 8week from your interview will have a decision. I think it hard to predict. I got video interview quite early, but just got the decision.
