That's what they say, but technically they have no obligation to respond to you before their deadline for Round 2, which is going to be months away.
From what I know, the rolling reviews are for star candidates, or for candidates they've met and really like during the Rotman events. If you're in either of these groups of candidates, I'd email your contact to let them know you've applied so they can keep an eye out for your application.

mostly for indian candidates they take interview F2F.They have their asian tour going on.
so maybe for indian applicants response is awaited.

I interviewed over Skype. I already met the admissions directors when they were in India in October so they did not feel the need to do a face to face. They said to expect a result soon.
