Yup, was interviewed by him.

No specific dates, was told that I can expect the result by the round 2 deadline, which is end of January.

If u already have an offer from another b school, u can use it to expedite your process and demand them to declare your result earlier

Not really "demand", but you can request them to make a decision on your application faster, if you have other bschool offer acceptance deadline coming up.

Is KIRA Video the same which you have in the application video essay or is it something else?

The kira questions are different from essay questions. They will most be sutiation based questions to understand abt your leadership abilities, team work skills
