Consider that Jan 27 was the deadline for first-round scholarships. Maybe they were busy with evaluation.
Anyway, I received an answer after just less than 1 month

After a long wait, last night I received my admit letter! But I did speak to them on the Phone informing them about my other offer. Did you receive any update on the scholarships?
The email that I received yesterday did not speak anything about scholarships at all.

Does anyone know round-wise application deadline for SDA?
No rounds. They follow Rolling admissions. But ensure to apply before 20th April 2023, which is the final deadline. Visit their admissions page, detailed instructions are given.
