I just finished with my interview. It went well but in the end the interviewer told we owe you a decision by April 14th.
She said part of your application was completed in first week of January. It seems my TOEFL score reached them late probably due to the holiday season. Though she said she will check with the adcom director. Can anyone suggest me what can be done to be considered for R2??? Will they consider my request as I submitted my application on 15th December?
Someone please help
Send them an email for the same and request for an early decision on your application. During my interview, I was informed that adcom considers early decision requests on case by case basis...

I've sent my interviewer three emails since then but no reply. Called her some times on her office phone but it is always on answering machine. What should I do now? Do you think talking directly to the adcom director is a good idea? I don't want my decision to be delayed for another two months.

My interviewer was Allison. She said emails will be out on 15th, but I think that as 15th is a Sunday we will get the mail on Saturday itself :)

I requested her and she said she will talk to the director regarding this but I didn't hear back from her after that. Called her several times but only got her answering machine, emailed her 3 times but still no reply. Now I don't even know whether my decision will be issue now or later. Do you have any suggestions for me?

I had applied in round 1, and because my toefl reached them late I was shifted to round 2. Hope that helps

Hi ahmalj, could you please share your profile and gmat score ?
Even I applied in round 3, on 5th Jan, and got personally interviewed by Dustin in Mumbai... I have to inform my decison to babson by March 20 and hence eagerly waiting for results from smith, as smith is my top priority. I even asked for early decison but no reply from my interviewer. So, could you also let me know when your interview was scheduled and when u got accepted. This will just provide me a relative idea. Thanks !!
