I am interviewing on the 6th as well. smls you can view the name of the interviewer by clicking on the add to calender button on the calendly email that u received. Once you add the event to your calendar, it will show the name.

From the debriefs that I have read, I understand that Maryland Smith really stresses on career goals Plan B and Plan C. What are your thoughts on Plan B and Plan C? As per my application, my Plan A is same industry functional pivot. Plan B is almost 60% same role in same industry but at a Big Tech firm and Plan C is 100% same role at firms that sponsor internationals. What have you guys planned to say? Hi I had my interview 2 days ago. The questions were: why MBA, why now, why smith, plan A, B and C, challenging situation faced and how I handled it, ethical dilemma in work I faced and how I handled it, some followup questions based on my previous answer, few behavioral questions like conflict management, how do I handle resource constraints etc.... h Hope this helps and all the best to you all 😀
