Had my interview with Laura fromke. It was a conversational interview with usual Why mba, why smith, conflict management, short term long term goals , Plan A,B,C. Nothing out of the ordinary. Just one question was different. My short term goal is Product Manager in Big Tech firms. I have applied for MBA/ MSBA Dual degree. She asked why have I chosen msba instead of Information Managment systems.


Any idea when decisions of Round 1 will be rolled out?

I had this issue when I submitted my R1 application then I sent my official ielts scores (etrf) once they received it the issue was solved.

Had my interview with Laura fromke. It was a conversational interview with usual Why mba, why smith, conflict management, short term long term goals , Plan A,B,C. Nothing out of the ordinary. Just one question was different. My short term goal is Product Manager in Big Tech firms. I have applied for MBA/ MSBA Dual degree. She asked why have I chosen msba instead of Information Managment systems.


Any idea when decisions of Round 1 will be rolled out?

Yes. I was asked “Tell me about yourself” I don’t usually go chronologically in my elevator pitch. Just mention my current work profile. Past professional achievements. Short term goal. Guitar playing hobby and crypto trading as side hustle. Crypto trading actually did strike up conversation at the very start of the interview. We discussed about our favourite cryptocurrency projects.

Short Term goal - Plan A, Plan B and Plan C. But make sure yo u connect all these plans with your Long term goals.

Dont remember the exact date, I had 4 interviews in WE 19 Nov and this one was in the same week. Maria and Aida were the interviewers. Selected MBA program (not dual degree) and got 60% scholarship. Now waiting for couple more decisions to finalize.

Great! But MBA alone is a non STEM program. So was that okay with you?
