Those of you who received interviews, did the status on your application actually change? I've received an invite, but my application has said "In Review" even after receiving an invite. Can anyone confirm if this is normal?

It remained in review, but there is a new link below it for scheduling interview
Three people I know got interview calls today. All from India - 2 from the development sector.

Hey, Could you share some more details please? I'm from India too and work in what could be construed as the development sector - I guess this means nada for me :/

I'm guessing world bank/ ADB/ USAID/IFC/ Gates Foundation/ Dell Foundation.. Certainly doesn't sound like Development Consulting done by MBBs/Big 4's or legal advisory for developmental projects done by law firms, which I guess you are referring to!! My theory is that Stanford has a greater liking for the former group than for the latter..

fyi, i re-read last year's 2014 'the weekend before D-day' on this forum and someone dug up the prior year's (2013) equivalent time haha and they said how they observed a load of invites coming over the weekend, so keep an eye out folks!
hi! I saw in livewire that yesterday a Colombian was invited to interview. Does someone know when he/she got the invite? Have any other Colombians been invited?

timewise no idea but at this point it doesnt really matter much as there are literally hours left before D-day. so anything goes, anytime. haven't heard of other columbians to date and i have been on this forum since day 1, actively.
I checked last year's thread, and on the last Friday before deadline invites seemed to come in two waves - one after lunch and another at end of business day.
