So I got an M7 admit to the MBA program as well. While MSx was my first choice, I am wondering if I should commit to the other school. I am not sure about the likelihood of getting off the waitlist. Any views?

It depends how much is your experience and what you are looking from program!
Also MSx/SFMBA is one year and other M7 programs are 2 years. So make decision based on what you are trying to gain from MBA/MSx program.

I was kind of in the same situation last year I couldn't decide.

Congratulations to all admits and welcome to Stanford GSB. Do not hesitate to reach out to us if you need any info (Housing, food, Careers, Networking, Course info/electives etc). Stanford GSB is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The opportunities are limitless.

1 important tip: Try to connect with each other (class of '23) in the next 6 months and form lifelong friendships. We (class of '22) just returned from trips to Mexico City, Cancun and Puerto Rico and the 58 of us are very close friends. This also helps with networking and getting to know leaders and various new career options.
