All the best to all R2 applicants waiting for the decision today!

I just finished my interview over Skype (R3 applicant).
It was quite friendly and I have listed below the questions that I remember.

1. Tell me about yourself
2. Professional Life
3. How do you deal with people across different cultures? (Profile: Business development in NA, Europe & Asia)
4. Why MBA? How do your family & friends feel about you going abroad for MBA?
5. Post MBA goals - Plan A & Plan B
6. What did you do when a team member wasn't pulling their weight?
7. What do you do outside work?
8. How will you contribute to the Tepper Community?
9. Questions for me?

Now I have to wait for the decision on 16th May- almost 2 months from now!
Hoping for the best :)
