Indian candidates should never apply for test waivers imo

No. More invites are on their way this week. One can expect invites rolling out till mid-feb. After mid-feb, interview invite chances precipitate down tremendously.

No person, except for adcom, can give you that "number". You can attend admission events by clicking Here and ask them that question, but I doubt you will get any success.

From AdCom,

Decisions go out on March 8 and any invitations to interview are sent throughout the round. Unfortunately, there is no expected time as there are no set communications in the meantime. Everyone will hear an update from the committee on the decision notification day.
