This applies for any score.... Score+ work ex uniqueness and impact will be the deciding factor

Yes. What I mean is an Indian with a 740 or 760, the score doesn’t have much say in this case.
But for an Indian with a 680-690, the score is definitely a hindrance

It will have some impact in scholarship amount though...this is what I observed considering my fellow admits
