Done with the interview.
It was a wonderful experience. It was taken by a second year student.
Pretty standard questions like Resume debrief, why mba, why anderson, leadership qualities, extra currics etc. It was more like a conversation than interview. I am very much impressed by the culture of Anderson. I will not even think twice to join if I get admit.

All the best to others :)

Had my interview today - on campus.

Experience pretty much the same as already mentioned in this thread. Same questions and all.

Very impressed with Anderson. The culture narrative is very much real here; wonderful people all around - students and admin. And I don't know what it is, but I fall in love every time I visit Cali.

Time to fly back to the snow and -18 degree weather ... the wait begins.

Probably because California doesn't reach -18

FROM NewsUCLA: Application Tips - Admission Interview
Interview invites have been going out for a number of weeks, so now is as good time as any for a post on this very topic!

Since our interviews are by invitation only, receiving an one is an indication that we would like to learn more about your candidacy in person since you were so compelling on paper (but those who haven’t heard from us yet, fear not – we’re less than a month into Round 1 and still in the thick of evaluating files!)

So today I want to address the two most common questions we receive about our interview:

What can you expect from a UCLA Anderson interview?

Interview questions revolve around your reasons for an MBA, career goals, interest in UCLA Anderson, and professional/personal experiences as outlined in your application materials.  As an interviewee, you should be prepared to provide concise yet insightful responses showcasing strong communication skills, demonstrating knowledge of our program, and ultimately expressing why you are a great fit for UCLA Anderson.  The style is very conversational - be prepared for an exchange of ideas, and come with a few thoughtful questions to ask your interviewer.  Our interviews are about 30 minutes in length and mostly conducted by 2nd year students, either on-campus or via Skype. Remember there’s no preference for one platform vs. another so utilize whichever one fits your needs best.

How can I stand out in the interview?

In addition to knowing your story and being prepared, the interviews that stand out most in my mind are candidates who are 1) authentic and 2) enthusiastic.  We want to learn about who you are as a person, what is unique about you, and how you will add to our community, not whether or not you fit a certain mold for what a “typical” Anderson student is.  And while I know it’s unrealistic to think UCLA Anderson is the #1 choice on everyone’s list, it never hurts to show your enthusiasm for us by providing specifics on how you plan to contribute inside and outside the classroom as a student and future alum.

For additional information on the UCLA Anderson admissions interview, see our Application Requirements website.  As always, let us know if you have any additional questions!

I took it from office, because the interview was at 11pm my time, so no one could disturb me in office. Also, internet more reliable at office.
Really depends on where you are more comfortable

Absolutely not. Interview invites for Anderson have consistently come until December/January. And even then, the school will waitlist applicants without interviews in round 1 and interview them round 2.

Sometimes the wait can feel worse, but I wouldn't give up until you know for sure.

Is there anybody who has interviewed who's applyyourself page says "your application is complete" instead of "your application is incomplete"?

I believe the status changes once a decision has been made. I wouldn't be surprised if a first batch of decisions is released tomorrow or next Friday.

My application status is "Your application was completed on 11/13/2014 2:03:00 PM " and I interviewed on November 13th.

From last year's thread, it looks like the first invites started going out in mid-December. I'd be surprised if they started going out sooner this year.

My application remained "incomplete" until I took my Transcript and Degree with me to turn in at the interview. My status changed to "complete" on that very same day - when I interviewed. I doubt they had already made a decision on that day.

Take a look at what is listed as "Not received", that could be holding your app back if you are still listed as "incomplete".
