Has anyone here applied to USC IBEAR during R3? I have applied and I was interviewed last week; waiting for the decision.

Hi everyone, The situation seems very challenging for R3 itself, so do you all think it would make sense to apply in R4.
Although I don’t want to wait one more year but I was just wondering would it make sense to postpone and apply in the R1 in 2023-24 applicaiton process. Any suggestions?
