You’re comparing it to the best of the lot which is a moot point we compare orange to oranges

If you’ve ever used the "best of the lot", then you would know that they treat you like a number. All I’m saying is I had awesome success with these guys. I have the same doubt about english test waiver.

Does your university falls under officially recognized non-US university? Most Indians require IELTS/TOEFL but you may want to check with the admissions once before you take the test
