Whew! Was panicking for a second. On another note, does anyone know appx when Wharton will start sending out interview invites and when the interviews will take place?

Phew! I was also worried about the "Materials Needed" thing. Also, I was checking my Online Application Form PDF received after submitting the application, and the Application Round item was blank. Anyone else having the same thing? Any interview invite date estimate by anyone would also be appreciated.
