Yes, Team Based Discussions (TBDs) and Personal Interviews (PIs) are conducted by 2nd year admission fellows while the off campus interviews will be conducted by adcom members. There shouldnt be any difference whether you go for your interview with an adcom or a second year student as Wharton's PI is a 10 minute conversation and not the traditional interview. Make sure to do well in the TBD.

Good luck.

Thanks for the response. Off campus is with alumni? For some reason I read somewhere that off campus/hub cities are conducted by current admissions committee members.

No, I meant adcom members. I have already corrected my post. Off campus is conducted by adcom members as you also need to take part in the TBD.

GENERAL TIPS: http://www.businessinsider.com/how-to-a ... iew-2016-1

I personally took mbamission and stacy blackman's mock TBDs and they were of great help to understand how to provide your thoughts in a coherent form, how to interject and be a part of the group and how to respect other viewpoints.

Good luck to all those invited for interviews.

Hi guys. I am from Ukraine and just got an invite from Wharton. Do I understand correctly that there's no skype interview option? Only location in Europe is London and for Ukrainians getting a UK visa is probably as hard as getting that invite. I will probably have to fly to Dubai then.

But I have to confirm this. Am I correct in believing there are absolutely no skype interviews?

No, there can not be skype interviews as Team based discussion is a necessary part of the entire process and as such you must be present in person for the TBDs.

Does anyone know if the TBDs usually change from R1 to R2 within an admissions cycle?
