For these who have interviewed - on campus interviews are done with 2nd year students and off campus interviews are conducted with adcom members correct? Any insight as to which would be a better experience?

Yes, Team Based Discussions (TBDs) and Personal Interviews (PIs) are conducted by 2nd year admission fellows while the off campus interviews will be conducted by adcom members. There shouldnt be any difference whether you go for your interview with an adcom or a second year student as Wharton's PI is a 10 minute conversation and not the traditional interview. Make sure to do well in the TBD.
