Yeah I observed it too .. the attendees was low In one of a clear admits events I heard LBS adcomm saying “there would be fewer applicants this year based on some analytics”

Does that mean they will provide lower scholarship considering recession in US and other geopolitical tensions?

Did anybody over got a GMAT waiver in NYU stern?

Apollo1212 , Can you tell us about your experience getting a test waiver? Was it simple as submitting a request?

Did anyone got a call for interview? And Nikhil any idea about how are the applications of NYU stern going overall this time?

Yeah it’s a streamlined process. There’s a test waiver request form you need to fill out - Standard stuff like undergraduate information, GPA, transcripts, work experience, resume, post-MBA goal, and an essay/short statement for academic readiness. What i would note is that Stern mentions that it requests are reviewed within 5-6 weeks of submission. So one should careful note their intended application round if they want to go through the test waiver process.

Its more than other b-schools which takes around 1-2 weeks at max. I hope they seriously consider international applicants who requests for a waiver.
