So, I mailed Simon today asking whether I can still expect an interview and whether there's a reason why my app is still under review since past 1 month. This is the reply I got:-

Dear ThePot,

Thank you for your interest in Simon. Your application is complete. You will be notified of a decision no later than March 20th , 2015. Interviews are by invitation only and we are still sending invitations. Please continue to check ApplyYourself for the most up to date status of your application.

It could go either way. Like I mentioned, I received an interview invitation on the day before the decisions were due.

Simon does provide Leadership Fellows to a batch of students ( the top 4-5% of a matriculating cohort of students). Of these, only one student will get a 100% tuition scholarship and $10,000 is paid towards miscellaneous expenses. The remaining fellows get some tuition scholarship plus all fellows get paid a stipend of upto $10000 a year.
For the current, 2015 MBA batch of students graduating this year, the school did a pretty good job at selecting fellows. The Fellows included a diverse group of students and are a mix from all countries - including America, Jamaica, India and China. But a majority of them are Americans

But, I must say, they've not been able to choose the right deserving candidates to receive Fellows in the 2016 MBA batch of students. In fact, they've got it all wrong. This probably may have something to do with the change of leadership at the Dean's level. But i'm not sure of their current methodology.

I interviewed last month, and was accepted about a month ago. Questions were very straightforward. Why MBA? Why Simon? Short and long term goals? No curve balls, very conversational….was actually a very enjoyable conversation. Good luck with your interview.

Can anyone tell me what's a reasonable timeline to expect a reply post interview. I was Interviewed on 2 Feb 2015 and am still awaiting a reply from Simon.

Is anyone still waiting for an interview invitation for R3? Its kinda bothering me now.

I called them yesterday and the person who attended the call was very vague. She said that they are still taking applicants for fall 2015 and I can expect an interview till the decision date.

Hi everyone,

I scheduled an interview for the MS in Business Analytics March 30th. I'm pretty nervous right now. I want to ask what the interview is like? Is it conversational? and Do I HAVE to wear a full fledge business suit for the intervew? I'm just more comfortable in shirt and jeans than in a suit?

I'm a 700 Gmat student from South America with two bachelor's degrees and 4 years of work experience + 1.5 years of army service.
I received an invitation from Simon to a pre-admission interview, which I did.
I was told students with similar profile to mine usually receive scholarships ranging from 20k to 30k USD a year
I applied on March 14th and was interviewed on the 19th, and now I'm waiting for an answer.

Should I be nervous?
