Congratulations! Was this the official admittance letter to you?

What I received did not have anything regarding the scholarship weekend, so was wondering if that is different. I got one mail on Saturday saying I will receive the official admit letter 1.5 weeks later but had details of my scholarship, then one again today morning confirming my address.

I also got an email stating that I have been offered admission and the amount of scholarship offered.
Was this a separate mail that you received for the scholarship weekend?

I haven't recieved an official admission letter yet, I was invited for the scholarship weekend on the Skype and in the following email too. Actually they asked me to come online to reveal the admission outcome. I guess same 1.5 weeks for the official letter. So you guys planning to take the offer? What is your background ?
I am Australian Citizen with 7 years professional experience, working as an officer in the Australian Air Force, Engineerng specialisation. Aspiring for a transition into consultancy.

On a general note, any update from your side on the hard copy of the official letter? I know it said 1.5 weeks, but still?

Okay...thank you ...and about the hard copy...i think its delayed because of the thanksgiving weekend...
not sure though when will we receive it....any one who applied to the full time MS-finance program???

i was interviewed on 4th november and yet to receive any further communication from the school. Should I consider it as a ding?

Really can't say. Since admissions are rolling, you can expect anything between now and deadline day. I guess it's not over yet.

Sure. It was my first interview this season, and my interviewer was very polite, very friendly and quite conversational. We started off with talking about where my undergrad was and what were my experiences and learnings there. We then talked about my internship experiences while I was still and student there. This then gradually transitioned into my work experience and all the details of what I did there, how, and what were the results.

After this, it was mostly about why MBA, why Simon, alternative goals, and what all I expect to do myself and from Simon's resources to help get a job of my liking which is tougher for an international relatively of course. Then finally I was asked to ask anything I wanted to them. Asked a couple of questions and went into them for a while. That was more or less it! Lasted around 30-40 minutes.

Have the interviews for round 2 started? Would be great if someone can comment on this.

Got the interview invite last night. I am a Round 1 applicant.

After a 5-week long wait post the interview.... I write this....

I was interviewed on 5th November...!!
