This is pure conjecture on my part, but given you have to do the interview roughly 2 weeks from when you receive the invite + a week for them to process interviews i’d assume 2-3 weeks before the deadline? some may trickle post this time too, but this is pure conjecture.

Hi! I had -
- Received my GRE/GMAT waiver on 18th December 2024 (I have over 7 years of experience)
- Applied to Kenan-flagler on 27th December 2024 and made payment that day as well
- sent my IELTS score and university had received it on 3rd January 2025

I am yet to receive any interview request.

Do I have a shot anymore given so many people have already received interview request?

Do I have a shot to get in without waiver? If not. Why do they even give it?

Hey @SpiritKnight12 , you may still have a chance to get an interview invite, even though many applicants have already received theirs. Invites come in waves. The GRE/GMAT waiver reflects the strength of your profile, especially with good years of work experience, and should not hurt your chances. Waivers are granted to candidates with strong professional or academic backgrounds, and this indicates the school sees potential in you. Please don’t loose hope, stay patient, as you’re still in the running... All the very best!
