Hi! Just wanted to check if anyone has converted from a waitlist?

Are you guys committing to UNC? Would love to hear why besides scholarship

not going to UNC but it was indeed one of the top choices on my list (headed to Duke instead lol). Will just say that apart from scholarship, one thing worth thinking about is the community/network you're joining. I personally found the UNC community to be super welcoming etc. and I've heard a lot about how they go to bat for each other in the recruiting processes (seems to be a recurring theme across the southern MBA programs). 20 years from now, you'd ideally want to have a network that picks up the phone and that helps you find a new job, start a new venture, etc. vs a network that is super surface level or transactional. If I hadn't gotten Duke, relative to some of my other offers, I think UNC was def up there given the scholarship + network aspects.
