Yep, that's correct. I don't think it matters much from what others have said. I hope it doesn't count against me.

But for wls with interview, it is said that final decisions would be made in early April. So. it's different.

Decisions come out in the next few days... GL guys.

Frankie, how do you know that? Didn't you see the recent email stated they would review the WLs in the first 2 weeks of April?

Which email is this? Did they mention WLs will be reviewed first 2 weeks of April?
The only email I got in the recent times mentioned that waitlisted people may remain on waitlist until Jun deposit deadline. However they will keep reviewing profiles regularly.

So, what happens to waitlisted folks. Apart from giving admits, does the school filter out the ones they are not interested in?
Will anybody from waitlist ever get a Ding?

I looked at last year's waitlist thread and there is no information on this.

I just assumed that wait-listed folks would be admitted on a rolling basis with the bulk of notifications occurring right after deposit deadlines.

Just wanted to give an update on things I know for WL candidates... Basically, for AMBA, final word is in the first 2 weeks of April. For 2 Yr MBA, its somewhere in July if I remember correctly.

The admission is rolling, basically they will review candidates regularly and admit ones they want, so the final word might be at any time, but atleast they give an end date, even if its far far away... There was a session held for WL candidates in India a few days ago.

They are still accepting apps, for AMBA till the end of last month and for 2Yr MBA till the end of this month... I am speculating that they will only make decisions after they have all the apps.

Hope this gives more clarity to some people around here... Worse than waiting for decisions is being on the WL, so I kindly ask everyone to share as much as they know.

But from the looks of things such as the last minute WL meeting in India + the rolling admission after R3, it seems that they are really in need of people and fell short this year, which gives hope for everyone in WL. Good luck to everyone!

Watching the trend from past few weeks, it looked like every third Wednesday people were getting updates

Feb 19 - some waitlisted people on this forum confirmed that they received interview invites
March 12 - few waitlisted folks were accepted. I personally know one of them who got a call from Nichole and was offered an admit after she confirmed that Johnson was her first choice

April 2 - I was assuming they will review waitlisted apps and extend few invitations

Has anyone heard anything either yesterday or today? If Nichole sent you an email requesting for time to speak, then start partying :-D

Not sure how many of you attended the "everything you need to know about Jonson admissions" event. Sharing a couple updates regarding wait list that Nichole shared during this event:

1) All one year candidates will know their decisions by 20th this month
2) 2-year waitlisted candidates - we are not as lucky. Our files will be reviewed after April 16th deposit deadline and admits can be extended any time after that up until July. There is no specific date by when we will know.
