HI This is B.Ravi Kumar who is pharmacy post graduate having 15.5 years of experience (present age is 39 years) in research and development field is now looking to pursue full time MBA for career boost up. My over all academic profile is as follows
10th std : 79%
+ 2 : 67%
Bachelors degree : 60%
Masters degree : 65%
Total work experience is 15.5 yrs
At present i am intending to take up GMAT exam and wanted to pursue MBA (either regular MBA or executive MBA) in reputed universities in USA or in India.
In this regard i got some doubts require clarification
1. Is this age is suitable to do MBA and Is good universities are going to accept this age of people for admissions
2. Is 2 years MBA is suggested or 1 year executive MBA is suggested at this point of my career
3. To get admission in good universities with the above track record what is the GMAT score required
Requesting suggestions from experts so that i can initiate my preparation for GMAT test considering my mid carrier point.
Experts suggestions will be helpful in taking decision

Your queries:
1. There is no age limit for pursuing an MBA for both regular full time and executive MBAs. However, there are economic and practical realities that you need to face. If you can manage to stay out of job for 2 years then definitely it'll be worth it. 2. Even if you can afford to stay out of job market for 2 years, I would recommend pursuing either 1-year full time or executive MBA. You have a lot of work ex under your belt and I don't think you will need an internship.
3. GMAT score requirement can vary a lot. For 2 year MBA, it can be as high as 737 (Stanford) or for Exe-MBA GMAT requirement can be waived too. But if I were to give you a number, try to come in the 700 club.

Selection of school and the right program will depend not only on your profile (Acads, GMAT, Work Ex, Extracurricular, Diversity) but also on your Career Goals (Ling Term/Short Term Vision, Target Role/Industry/Geography).
Not every school is suitable for each career goal. SO that is a crucial missing piece of the puzzle here.
Also, while you will be an outlier in terms of years of work ex everywhere, there are some schools that are more accepting of candidates with higher years of work ex, on the other hand, some schools are not. For instance European schools such as IMD, Warwick are more accepting of people with higher years of experience.
Also, you could explore other programs that cater to people with extensive wok ex such as ISB PGPMAX or Stanford MSX.
