seems like a lot of invites went out yesterday.. got one too and i reckon its probably the slowest turnaround so far 6 weeks anyway best of luck to all for the interviews

It appears the only mandatory question this year is "Tell me about a time you faced adversity and what you learned from it." The rest of my interview was very conversational, we just talked about why I wanted to switch careers, why Columbia and why I thought I wanted to do finance(I'm in the military now).

6 weeks means i'm probably weeks out...bummer!

i was thinking the same till yesterday.. you never know when cbs is looking to set a new record. cant really say anything about the lead time, it seems to be rather messed up this time around compared to previous years

I am getting a little anxious given that a number of people who applied after I did on Oct 1 have been invited to interview. However your experience allays my fears to some extent. Can you share your profile? I wonder why it took them so long to extend an invite to you. Its almost 5 weeks!
