Does anyone know if it's a common occurrence to have difficulty scheduling an interview with one of the school's ambassadors? I got my invite on Monday but as of today, two of the three interviewer matches have told me that they cannot do it while the third hasn't responded to my initial email on Monday. I re-submitted my request through CBS's application website and received the same three interviewers again!

I've heard that this is common. For my own anecdote, the ambassador on the top of my list's e-mail kicked back to me as undeliverable. The second ambassador replied on the same day and we had the interview that very weekend. Probably very hit or miss.

not here. the waitlist letter says they will get back by Dec 15, but I heard from admissions that this can extend up until classes start... #anxiety

I went through 7 Ambassadors before I found one who could actually do it. It was an even mix almost of people who responded and were out of town or people just didnt respond. Very frustrating but keep with it.

3yrs work experience is on the low end? Maybe recommendations/interview wasn't as good as I thought it was? Cheesy and uninspiring essays? Your guess is as good as mine. A ding analysis is underway as of half an hour ago, so I guess I'll find out then.

You will receive an email from Columbia when the interview uploads their feedback. And you should get a new status message. The first page will always say "Submitted" but the page that shows your status updates and interview letter will have a new update.

3 years of work experience is fine. If I had to guess, it was the career goals essay, which columbia is absolutely obsessed with. Who knows though since I haven't read your application. It's unfortunate that stacy blackman consulting did not do much for you.

My guess is that its up to the interviewer to keep their contact information up to date. Or perhaps the interviewer just made a typo?
