About the visa for Non-EU, I didn’t find anyone saying visa on its own is an issue. But getting a stay back for searching a job does have some specific requirements you need to keep in mind. That depends on every host country. But the good thing is that, French Degree, VISA and Stay back is never an issue so that acts as your safety net in case you don’t get a stay back permit on another country.
But from.my knowledge, only UK’s rules are a little volatile bcz of the Brexit. But Countries like Germany, Spain are quite peaceful in that sense
