Hi everyone, wondering if anyone could chance me for deferred MBA programs in the United States. I'm looking to target Wharton, Kellog, Booth, Carlson, Tepper; would also like to include Stanford, Yale & Harvard to this list but that'd probably be too big of a shot.

1) Lead generation (via tech), management at an MSME firm (Small business) (about 1 year)
2) Test Automation engineer at a Central govt. company (6 months)
3) Software & Product Dev at a startup (about 1 year)
4) Software & Product Dev at a Pharma firm (3 months)
Achievements/ Extra Curriculars: 1) I have a black belt in Gojo-Ryu Karate and 4 medals (2 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze) in district-level tournaments. I retired back in 2016.
2) 100% tuition fee waiver for all 4 years in college (in top 5% during admission)
3) Secured four 1st places, four 2nd places at various debates, quizzes, youth parliaments in 3 different colleges.
4) Created a face-detection PC locking software, won 2nd prize at CSI (Computer Society of India) National Convention for it.
4) Won a hackathon with over 500 participants from all over India & a good cash prize.
I was the team lead & the product's aim was to help farmers by giving them crop price predictions for the future so that they can sell their crops at the highest premium.
Volunteer Experience:1) A bit of charity work at orphanages, homeless shelters & animal shelters. No leadership experience here.
2) Open Source Software Contributions on a very popular GitHub library.
