Can someone please tell me how they provided the university with the scanned copy of their documents?

I received two emails from mbadmis@mcmaster.ca asking me to submit scanned copies of my grades, test score etc. But neither emails mention any email address for sending the documents or a portal or website for uploading them. It does not say that I should send them these documents via mail, simply 'Please provide us with scanned copies of the following documents:'.

I am done with the Kira Interview. I have also activated my MAC ID, but I do not seem to find any portal where I can upload these documents.

I have emailed them regarding my query but am yet to receive any reply.

Thanks in advance.

You send it back via that same e-mail. I scanned as PDFs and sent everything back to them.

Oh ok great.

In my case I submitted my KIRA interview on 14th Feb and these guys lost my interview and replied to me on 22nd feb that you need to complete the Kira.
Then I dug all the emails sent them the proofs of completion and then yesterday got a reply that Kira received and next week would get a reply.
damn,too much confusion.
