Them, Not These

A. legitimate subjects for literature and portraying these
B. should be capable of peaceful contact with humans and depicted these

Incorrect use of "Being"
The verb "Depict" is not in the correct form
C. as being capable of peaceful contact with humans and depict them
D. as if they were capable of peaceful contact with humans and depict them

E. capable of peaceful contact with humans and to depict them

Good.
