Has anyone got interview invitation?

For R1 and R2, invites came in the afternoon. Refreshing the status page will let you find out maybe a few minutes earlier than waiting for the email saying you have a status update.

Good luck!!

What page is it that will have the status update?

Same place where you submitted your application. During R2 I got the Not Invited update and then was waitlisted and invited to interview. I just checked my page and the Not Invited disappeared (but was there this morning). I am expecting some updates soon.

Not Invited - Anybody know if there's a track record for third round applicants initially not invited getting a chance later on?

There's a slim chance you could be waitlisted and invited to interview over the summer, but if I were you, I'd start considering other options. If Duke is your number 1 choice though, considering applying EA/R1 next year.

Usually that comes a day or two after the status update.

Thanks Aerian. That's what I figured. Congrats to everyone who got an invitation!

So if I am a R3 applicant and I was not invited for an interview can I pretty much take that as a Ding?

Normally, I would say you could either be put on the WL or dinged, but since this is R3, I feel like you're more likely to be dinged... Either way though, make sure you have a backup plan. Don't put all your eggs in any one R3 basket.

Ya, I got an accept today from Emory's 1 year program, but I am concerned that since I am a career switcher and will not have the ability to do an internship that the lack of experience will really hurt me come graduation.

Why not postpone for 1 year and go for early decision?

Agree with AS. Career switchers and 1 yr programs don't make sense to me, unless you have some other connections that can help you with recruiting or some factors (age, family, etc) make a 2Y program difficult to be enrolled in*

*not the best phrasing there but I hope you get what I'm saying

couldn't get online during the past couple of days. I am a R3 applicant who got invited for an interview. I have an extremely low GMAT (610), so pretty excited about it.

So the confirmation for the interview is throwing me off a bit..

"Attire for interviews and activities is business casual"

0.o

So... no suit?

Anyone who's interviewed already in Durham able to shed some light on what's appropriate to wear?

Thanks
