Very very different situations.
You said you got the same scholarship ... meaning, your cost was discounted by the same amount at both schools ... or ... your net price at both schools is the same?
Indiana is consistently bouncing around from the high teens to the mid twenties ... Duke is consistently in the low teens and occasionally breaks into the top 10.
If money is not a concern, Duke is the answer.
If time and cost of travel is not a concern, Duke is the answer.
If having better access to career services, Duke is the answer.
If adding an MBA from a respected school people have heard of for a little money as possible, Indiana is the answer.
If the question is anything else, the answer is either "it depends" or "I don't know".
