    Forum Quiz saves your selections and parameters automatically after each time you start a quiz so that you don’t have to keep making selections each time

    2. My settings are not saved, what's wrong?
    This could be an issue with the cache. Try typing this: chrome://settings/siteData?searchSubpage=gmatclub.com into your URL bar and clear local storage. Try running the quiz once more to see if your selections are saved. If you are still facing issues please let us know

    3. How do I set the total time limit for a quiz?
    Select the number of questions from each section in your quiz. We have tried to make things easier for you by allotting 2 minutes for each question and 6 minutes for an RC passage.     4. Can I see my quiz performance?

Hi. Thank you for your kind words and thank you for your suggestion. I really appreciate it.

Unfortunately the reading comprehension portion of the quiz is a bit of a misfit. The history is that we weren’t even planning to include reading comprehension in the quiz but then one of our developers was able to add it until it was a lucky free bonus but it’s a bit wonky because it is number of passages and not number of questions. We’re trying to see if we can Make it better through a number of ways but for the time being, I would suggest just not attempting all of the questions and instead simply leaving them unanswered. Does that make sense? Or do you see any issues with this hacker strategy?

Hi bb !

This is an amazing feature. Thank you for all the work that was put in to create it.

I do have one suggestion to improve the verbal experience. Would it be possible to add a feature of only receiving 3-4 questions per RC passage?
From what I understand the exam usually has about 12 SC 12 CR and 4 RC passages with 3 questions or 3 RC passages with 4 questions each.

I usually start the quiz with 65 minutes but spend a lot of time on RC cause some passages have around 6 or more questions.

Any help with this would be great. Thank you in advance.

    Visit any of the individual subforums below (Next Show Spoiler button)
    click the Green "Take these questions as a Quiz" button to start ASAP
    Alternatively, Filter questions by Topic, Difficulty, Source, and Attempted/Not attempted and then select individual questions by clicking the checkboxes on the left - click the Green "Take these questions as a Quiz" button to start the quiz. You can also sort questions by Kudos or replies. If you make no selection and run the quiz, you can run all the filtered questions (As per max question topics filter) in your quiz

Thanks for adding this feature. This is one of best tool which I have used so far for GMAT prep. Can you help me with the following:

1. I have prepared for GMAT earlier in 2019 and 2017. Since I choose, "Un attempted" I don't get to see the questions which I attempted say in 2019. Is there any way by which the algo gives a date say - un attempted before xx.xx.xx

- As a work around I tried to delete the data of earlier attempts from my error log. Will this approach work. Can you help me here.

Hi. I can try to help. If you’re looking to start fresh, do you want to create a new profile? That may be faster and easier than deleting your airlock history one by one. Sorry we do not have ability to delete multiple entries at the same time.

I assume that deleting the question from the air logged market and attempted but I’ll have to test it. I think you can also test it real quick by doing some filters and checking the number of questions in sub forums.

Thanks for the lightning-fast response. I have tested in sub-forum by applying filters. By manually deleting a question from error log, it does moves to un-attempted filter list of the sub forum.
Does this mean that forum quiz's algorithm will also consider such questions as un-attempted.

Hi. I am sorry about that. I don't see the YouTube 7-day channel credit. You may have to cancel the subscription. Do 7 days and then subscribe.
Apologies, our system is quite basis and not very smart, so if you are doing fancy things with stacking subscriptions, it is going to faceplant unfortunately. Let me know if you need help canceling your subscription - you should be able to do it on your own or if it is too late and you missed the window, let me know and I will cancel and refund it.

Hello bb,

Is it possible to have the timer in countdown form in Forum Quiz 2.0? I am trying to manage my time for verbal as well as quant sections and the countdown timer can really help to manage time according to the real GMAT test.

Hi everyone.

We have added more difficulty levels to the Forum Quiz!

Hi bb,

I would like to understand how the new difficulty menu functions. In the previous menu, the range of 500-600 included questions at 5%, 10%, and 15% difficulty levels, while the range of 600-700 had questions at 25%, 35%, and 45% difficulty levels. Additionally, the range of 700-800 had questions at 55%, 65%, 75%, 85%, and 95% difficulty levels. I have noticed some overlap in the new menu. Could you please explain how the categorization works? I typically practice based on the difficulty level, so your clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hello,

Can someone please share the details of new taggings of the difficulty levels.

How are these new difficulty levels categorized?

1. Easy difficulty
2. Medium difficulty
3. Medium-Hard difficulty

Hi. There are no overlaps in %. If you are wondering how these match up, here is the table translating % difficulty to the new levels:

    400 = 5%
    500 = 15%
    600 = 25% and 35%
    650 = 45%
    700 = 55% and 65%
    750 = 75% and 85%
    800 = 95%

Hi bb,

I would like to understand how the new difficulty menu functions. In the previous menu, the range of 500-600 included questions at 5%, 10%, and 15% difficulty levels, while the range of 600-700 had questions at 25%, 35%, and 45% difficulty levels. Additionally, the range of 700-800 had questions at 55%, 65%, 75%, 85%, and 95% difficulty levels. I have noticed some overlap in the new menu. Could you please explain how the categorization works? I typically practice based on the difficulty level, so your clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hello,

Can someone please share the details of new taggings of the difficulty levels.

How are these new difficulty levels categorized?

1. Easy difficulty
2. Medium difficulty
3. Medium-Hard difficulty
4. Hard difficulty
5. Very Hard difficulty

Yes, think about it as 7 levels of difficulty (you have 5 in your list) and here it is 7.
1 is easy and 7 is hard. The rest are in between :cool:
