When I clicked mine my browser originally blocked the pop-up. Once I allowed pop-ups I got a longer message, although with scant details. Basically, it says you've been invited and should get an e-mail soon and if not to e-mail them.

For those not invited, it's still not over. I have seen people not invited and wait listed on decision day and invited with R3 applicants. Chances are obviously slim, but it's not over until it's over.

Holding on hope is never bad, but at the same time we have to be honest with ourselves, and it is pretty unlikely something similar will happen.
It can happen, but again, is reaaaally unlikely in my opinion.
I really loved the program and when I visited I could really see myself spending two years of my life in Durham, I really liked the location, the friendly atmosphere and so on, but life goes on guys, there is plenty of great programs out there and if we want Duke so bad we can still try again next year.
