My note reads like -

We regret to inform you that you have not been invited to interview; please note that this is not a final decision on your application. The interview invitation process is highly selective. It is possible that you would be invited to interview at a later stage in this round or in future rounds. If your interview status should change, our office will notify you directly.

Does this mean waitlisted? or does everyone who is "not invited" gets the same message?

Interview Decision - Invited (2/6/14)", it should be a Pdf, but nothing can be open. Does everyone who got invited get the same thing? no more details yet, right?

Decision is updated for me now. Not Invited.

What happens after this? Do they just waitlist/deny on the final decision date? OR do they invite few more people to interview at a later stage?
