Thank you for sharing your profile. Starting with the stats, your undergrad GPA is quite low, and you have a decent GMAT score. I recommend improving your GMAT score by 20 points to maximize your chances of admission to business school. Regarding work experience, the great aspect of your profile is that you have worked in both a big company and a startup, so I presume you understand both how top-level firms operate and how a business grows from the ground up. I believe you should take advantage of it. Your current work experience (in IB) will assist you in bringing the narrative of your learnings from these high-profile experiences and how they have molded your personality and skills at work. Your ECs appear to be good as well; certification courses and community involvement may assist you in hitting the goal. Also, as a piece of advice, attempt to incorporate a nice mix of professional and personal beliefs and interests into your applications. Your post-MBA goals require some improvement. Let me tell you something: you don't need to move huge mountains in your life to get into Duke Fuqua (though you do need to demonstrate your potential for the program), but you do need to own your story and be clear-headed about why you need an MBA, what your long-term goals are, and how a school (here, Fuqua) can help you achieve them. We recently assisted one of our applicants in obtaining admission to Duke Fuqua (with 40K scholarship). You can also look for NYU, Tepper, and UCLA.
Overall, you have a good profile, and if you work hard on your stories, you will have a decent shot at Duke (with an improved GMAT score). Fuqua looks for somebody with a vibrant, intriguing personality. Make sure to include this in your apps. What’s going to matter most in your profile is how you link the dots and present a good narrative to the adcoms. Particularly impressive is the fact that you passed all CFA levels on the first try. This shows your academic potential. On the work front, your 6 years of experience must have an impact and demonstrate your leadership abilities. You must emphasize your contributions to your organization specifically in terms of statistics and percentages. This will significantly improve the attractiveness of your profile. Along with this, you must carry forward your previous roles' learnings. You can highlight times when you led your team through a crisis or difficult time. You've accomplished a lot, and stressing the positive and crafting a compelling narrative will help you stand out. You may want to read about STEM MBA you will get some insights.
Your trekking experience will add diversity to your apps. Your post-mba goals make sense. Overall you have a great profile and have a chance at Top b-schools. You can have Kellog, Columbia, Booth, and Ross on your list.
