I gave a mock yesterday and didn’t find the questions too difficult for a matter of fact i would say it was in line with the official mocks

The reddit thread is about the actual GMAT. Amalgum23 mentions mocks on gmatclub. I want to know did they take the paid ones or the free one, because the paid ones have too many hard ques.

Hope you guys are doing well.

I currently have around 7 VA sectionals available (pro version), and I’m planning to renew in the coming week after expiry. Just wanted to check — will the count reset after renewal, or will it will it start from 7?

Similarly, wanted to confirm for QA (18) and DI (10) as well.

Hi. Happy to help. You will renew access to what you currently have remaining.

You can think about it like Netflix, if you have watched three out of seven Star Wars movies if you renew next month will there be three new Star Wars movies? Probably not 😇

PS. At the same time if you forgot the first three Star Wars movies that you watched, you can rewatch them and the same way you can reset the question bank and three attempt questions you previously attempted. So you could reset the question bank and get 40 sectional tests and 12 full tests untouched but they will have a mix of questions you have not seen and questions you have already attempted

There is some bug in the GmatClub site, or else some change that has happened, i am frequently getting logged out while giving exams, or either there is some change in the session time of the user

That is unusual indeed. I’ll test it out. You may want to try taking the testing in cognitive window (after logging in of course) that should eliminate issues with extensions as well as cookie problems on the computer.

This sort of thing goes around at least once a year.

And part of the reason is that it may be partially true but just because someone or a few people had a harder test than what they expected or what they had last time is the result of the question bank that they were served and not so much the test becoming harder.

In part, the GMAT prep exams are not really stacked with full hard questions. There are absolutely a good number in the free bank but the majority of the questions in the gmat prep question bank are not that hard

So what happens is that once you get access to a larger question bank on the exam, people hit more harder questions than they start saying it doesn’t meet their expectations.... They also say this about Gmat Club tests 😂

Two things, the test is unpredictable and so you never know how it will go. Some people say that it was fairly easy but then they also get a low score with only one or two incorrect

Second, some people say the test was super hard and they saw some of the hardest questions and that could be accurate as well

This is a combination of test being unpredictable and also different question bank being loaded that particular part of the month.

However, the test is fair and the questions are based on the difficulty level that’s determined by other people so whatever you get even if you get a lot of hard questions, that will properly reward you with a good score
